At The C’MIX Shop, we stand behind the quality of every product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and unworn
• Must be in original condition
• Must include original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

 

• Items marked final sale
• Worn, washed, or damaged items
• Items returned after 14 days

Need a different size?
We offer size exchanges (same item only), based on availability.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
